This café offers a range of breakfast options, such as bacon toastie, pancakes, eggs, plus lunchtime paninis, baguettes and sandwiches, yet they all play second fiddle to the range of delicious ice-creams on offer. With around 16 flavours to choose from including the likes of vanilla, strawberry cheesecake, banoffee and Irn Bru, you can choose how you want your ice-cream decorated with the various toppings and extras. You can also have your own combination mixed on the cold stone - a frozen slab of marble used to mix the flavours together. For those struggling to choose there are set options you can pick from, then settle back to enjoy your treat in this cosy café.
- High point: Ice-creams galore
- Low point: Limited options for savoury bites

I visited the shop on Saturday after seeing an add in the new Eating and Drinking Guide. I had a waffle cone with a scoop of chocolate/peanut and one of melon and kiwi. As it was a lovely, sunny day I walked to the Botanic Gardens and sat on a bench there and savoured every lick. Delicious. I've been recommending 3 Steps 2 Heaven to everyone! £3.10 well spent. I can't wait to go back. It's going to be a yummy summer!
