There is a theatricality about food service at the Kylesku Hotel. Locally sourced mussels arrive at the table in black cast iron pots whilst the langoustines hang from free standing skewers. Alongside the house speciality of seafood you will find dishes composed of local game and meat as well as vegetarian options. Puddings include home made honey panna cotta and chocolate and mandarin tart.
