Representing am outstanding commitment to seasonality and freshness, our menu changes twice daily reflecting what Chef Director David Colcombe has been bought from the markets every morning. David is a keen supporter of young talent, and has been awarded the title of Honorary Fellow and Visiting Professor of Culinary Arts, University College Birmingham.
Our award-winning restaurant is located in the heart of Birmingham city centre's Colmore Business District. The décor is chic, but warm and inviting with natural light which streams in from the glass frontage. Our service is professional but friendly.
