The Forth Bistro has more to it than just wonderful food, with breath taking views across the Forth and Bass Rock and ever-changing skyline from Blue to Crimson sitting on top of the cliff tops at the end of Dunbar close to Winterfield.
The food is modern with classic dishes and is all freshly made to order for you. Some samples of food include line caught Cod with Peperonata, grilled aged Scotch Ribeye Steak with Pepper Sauce, grilled Scottish Lobster, pan grilled Scottish Lamb Steak with humous and locally grown rocket leaves, and Strawberry Eton mess when in season.
All of our food is sourced locally and we are also working with the Marine Stewardship Council for sustainability for fishing in our seas. Forth Bistro is close to some fantastic local attractions including John Muir Way, Belhaven Brewery the only local brewery left and numerous Golf Courses and Belhaven Bay, which is a lovely sandy bay.
