We pride ourselves on sourcing the best ingredients we can from the highest quality suppliers we can find. All our chicken and eggs are free-range and our steak is fully traceable and accredited by the Scotch Beef Club. Our Chefs are trained to use seasonal ingredients. All of our dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to order. Food is available all day and the menu is so flexible that it can be a bar snack or three course meal, a business lunch or a celebration.
