Won't return. Terrible service attitude.
My partner planned a romantic break and asked for a double which was confirmed when we checked in. On entering the room found two singles poorly placed together with rose petals sprinkled over (a little ironic to say the least). As an extra 50 pounds had been spent on the romantic upgrade I found this ironic and was upset at being lied to by reception. Complained to manager who was rude and offered no alternative. Would not stay again. Waste of money terrible night's sleep, overpriced, not romantic, poor service attitude.
