This review is taken from the 2011 edition.
This rather odd-shaped café at Charing Cross punches well above its square footage thanks to a huge range of quality sandwiches, soups and sweet treats that has the locals - whether working or not - flocking to its bustling counter for a daily dose. There are a few tables and cosy chairs down the long corridor into the back room but most visitors don’t get past the front counter for their takeaway. Recommended are the range of internationally themed club sandwiches, called iFull Towers, which are hefty beasts packed with delicious flavours from around the world. There is a mind-boggling selection of other salads, sandwiches, toasties, cold and hot wraps - including the popular hot haggis wrap - plus cakes and treats, which can be ordered by the boxload tailored to your specifications.
- High point: Fantastic iFull Towers
- Low point: Can be bedlam in the doorway
