i am interested in coming to your centre.do i need to be refferd by a doctor,i suffer mental health problems.the doctors not listening i cant go see anyone the doc gave me a letter which says if i go for counciling it makes me worse,so basicly no one is doing anything according to there records me seeing any one makes me worse. im at the end of my rope and not coping my mum has lung cancer in both lungs and almost died and the same week my twin brother has only quarter of his lungs working took pluresy and we where told he might not make it and i have other problems.i also am not eating not sleeping not getting dressed not funtioning.just looking for help to pull myselp together .sorry for writing all this if i can pluck up courage i will phone to see if i can come,bye for now
