Gigha Halibut specialises in the production of sustainable Scottish Atlantic halibut. Farming in a replenishable and controlled way, the halibut are grown over three years using a unique land-based farming system that harnesses the clean waters from the Sound of Gigha. The fish are reared to organic standards and handled with the utmost care to ensure they are healthy and happy. As well as supplying some of the world’s leading restaurants, they produce smoked halibut, using oak chips from the Craigallachie distillery on Speyside.
