Spencerfield was set up in 2005 when husband and wife team Alex Nicol and Jane Eastwood purchased the existing brands Sheep Dip and Pig’s Nose from former employer Whyte & Mackay. After a little tinkering with the packaging, they have taken the blends forward as individual but engaging and independent whiskies, and have recently added Edinburgh Gin to their range. As well as an online shop, the whiskies are stocked extensively across the UK, and increasingly globally.
