A wide variety of classes are offered between Wednesday and Saturday each week, from Oriental Cookery to Desserts and Pastry. The coveted Martin Wishart master classes run on only ten dates a year, and book up well in advance. Children's classes are available over the summer, and wine-tasting evenings are being introduced on Thursdays. Class sizes are kept small, and there is an emphasis on the selection and provenance of ingredients as well as the cooking.

This isn't really worth it. If you're in any way a competent cook, you might not learn much. They do all the interesting/tricky bits and leave you the easy stuff. It's like Home Economics at secondary, but with fancier equipment.
I'd spend the money on going to the restaurant instead.
