Phantassie is one of a number of organic veg growers offering a box delivery scheme into Edinburgh. It is based on a ten-acre farm near East Linton, which features a productive, 150-year-old walled garden. Phantassie owner Patricia Stephen is one of the forces behind Earthy Food Market, which provides a daily outlet for her veg, fruit, eggs and excellent salad leaves.
