A privately owned family-run farm set in the Scottish Borders, Hardiesmill is a 482 acre farm focusing on their herd of free range pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle and resulting beef produce. Firmly committed to a concept of 'farm-to fork' and providing the best possible eating experience, owners Robin and Alison Tuke focus equally on balancing the taste, blend of flavours, texture, look and aroma by rearing their cattle the natural way. In addition to the farm, Hardiesmill have acquired the renowned Tombuie Smokehouse and as a result, a range of smoked Aberdeen Angus beef products are also available, as well as smoked Scottish Cheeses, venison, duck breast, lamb, chicken and hams.
