This award-winning enterprise makes the most of our lust for all things sweet with a viewing window to watch the chocolatiers at work, and a chic café with views over the sea to sample the produce in comfort. The Chocolate Company specialise in hand-made light truffles and moulded chocolates, created using the finest ingredients. Recipes include choices such as strawberry mice, haggis eggs, chocca mocca praline and champagne hearts. Cleverly catching that Willy Wonka vibe, they now run workshops for kids.
