Dismiss this place as a harmless hippie enclave at your peril: over 25 years Bruce Bennett has created an organic farm, shop and café with charm, attitude and inspiring ethical principles. It also has great food: baskets full of produce from adjoining fields and polytunnels, as well as well-stocked shelves of organic wholefoods. A box scheme operates, and you can admire the horticulture at close quarters on self-guided farm walks.
