Andy Race Fish Merchants are renowned for their Scottish peat smoked fish, including kippers, organic salmon and other high quality shellfish, all traditionally smoked without using any dyes. Having supplied to many of Scotland’s most prestigious hotels for over 25 years, demand merited introducing a mail order service to benefit the wider public. Taster packs are available – with no charge for delivery – to provide smaller quantities of the most popular products such as smoked trout, kippers, organic salmon and mackerel to try.
