A family-run business established 15 years ago on the home farm of Brodick Castle, The Island Cheese Company produces a range of wax-sealed flavoured and deluxe cheddars for sale in their shop, through farmers' markets and a number of other outlets including farm shops, delicatessens and restaurants throughout the UK. Such is demand for their cheese that a mail order service is available, where a further array of Arran preserves and oatcakes, Scottish drinks and hand-made chocolates are also available.
