Brilliant, dedicated, er, design shop for the most fabulously stylish households around. Design Shop UK is run by knowledgeable and trend-aware staff, and stocks thoroughly contemporary and progressive pieces by the likes of Phillippe Starck, Missoni and Marimekko, as well as modern takes on old classics like the 60s Egg Chair. Prices stretch well into the thousands (contemporary design doesn't come cheap, darling) but there are smaller affordable bits and bobs in there too, as well as a nice line in gorgeously-designed children’s books.

Sold us a £200 kettle via Amazon, denied having done so when it fell apart twice then replied to a request for a refund with only two words
"no refund!!"
Clearly children playing at running a business.
Useless.
