To see how the hand-made cheeses offered in the Connage Pantry are made, just look through the big window in this Ardesier farm shop. The process is laid bare, from the organic milk from Callum and Jill Clark's 140 cows grazing nearby, through to the stainless-steel baths churning out seven different cheeses. There are five hard and two soft varieties, almost all shining at award shows in the short time since this Morayshire gem began in 2006.
