Situated on a sunny hillside overlooking the River Forth, Nether Pratis Farm is home to GG Ice Cream. Grazing on rich meadow pasture, traditionally raised Holstein Freisan cows produce creamy milk for the award-winning ice cream and can be seen happily munching away from the parlour in the heart of the farm. Their high quality ice creams and sorbets are produced using only locally sourced natural ingredients, from Scottish strawberries to blueberries, apple and plums. Currently supplying to delicatessens, farm shops and restaurants across Fife, GG Ice Cream plan to develop their distribution further for everyone to enjoy.
