It may be a modest shed on their farm just off the Queensferry-Linlithgow road, but Ian and Wilma Johnston have turned it into an Aladdin’s Cave of good food. This large selection is sourced mainly locally, beginning with veg from their farm. From farther afield come produce such as steak pies from Falkirk, eggs from Fife, game from Duns and bread from Oliphants of Linlithgow. And the kids will love the friendly resident Highland cow and sow.
