The capital's only dedicated surf shop has been serving beach bums for over 15 years. The small shop stocks a selection of new, second hand and custom made boards, along with wetsuits and headgear. Casual clothing and accessories are also available. Surf lessons from the qualified BSA instructors of Surfari Scotland can be arranged at the store. These are held from June to October and cost £30 for a three-hour lesson, including equipment hire.
