If you like being treated like a teenager, like terrible soulless music, depressingly empty atmosphere devoid of all life and happiness, the aroma of vomit mixed with undertones of disinfectant cleaner, staff and bouncers with little or no clue as to how to interact with people....... then this is the place for you!
If not just dont bother. I think most people over the age of 21 know of better places to go however if a friend is holding a charity event and youve been asked to go along you think "well in the name of charity il go along", you will be sadly proved right for your initial basic instinct that this is a venue only for teeny boppers whose night out hangs in the balance of knuckle dragging bouncers and dismissive bar staff.
The place smells, the music is not what id listen to but i guess that is just down to personal choice and not having the musical taste of a 5 year old's birthday party. The bar staff are ok, the bar manager needs some extensive training on how to interact with people over the age of 21...or at the very least...people.
Overall, if your not a teenager desperate for shots of apple sourz just go somewhere else.

3. Deek – 11 Jan 2012, 1:35pm Report: SHODDY PLACE. If you are thinking of booking this venue for your son's 21st Birthday DO NOT!
Our sons girlfriend booked, paid and spent the afternoon decorating the function room for 40 visitors with baloons etc. and cake in situ. The doorman refused to let our son inside (he was sober & dressed OK), and gave no reason. The 'manager' said that she would have let him in but could not overrule the doorman. Night ruined for all concerned at a lot of expense, and since then our complaints to management have been met with a load of nonsensical excuses and no compensation for our sons girlfriends expenses.
Hence this posting (and many more to come).
Not a venue to be trusted with an important night out I'm sorry to say.

2. debbie – 20 Apr 2011, 5:29pm O'Couture Report: HATE COUTURE!!! Booked a surprise party for my boyfriend! never again. Bouncers were rude and ignorant. I got my decorations taken down at 10:20pm and shoved into gift bags with presents in them. completely ruined!!! They put chocolate crispy cakes into a gift bag with tshirts, ruined the tshirts!!!!! my ipod was turned off at 10:45 pm. The buffet was taken away half eaten. none of the conditions were told to me when i booked, i was told i could have decorations, my ipod and my buffet. wasnt told they would be taken away by 11pm. had customers that were not in my party coming into my party area using the toilets and buying drinks. toilet attendant in the guys toilet was rude took 3pounds off one guy and told him if he wanted a scoosh of aftershave he would have to give him more money. the place is a joke. If the owner reads this. SORT YOUR STAFF OUT!! the only star goes to the barman andrew!
