Having been in the Fraser family for centuries, Phillipa Fraser started this unique enterprise from her home in 1979. Sold locally and beyond, the wine and preserves are made up of the natural ingredients growing around the castle. The tour takes you through the fermenting, filtering and cooking processes and undoubtedly you'll leave with a delicious jar of marmalade or a few bottles of wine.
