Allan Water Café
Bridge of Allan
Send us more details about this place.
The spacious family-run Allan Water Café has a good homely feel and despite being in land-locked Bridge of Allan also has something of an all-day seaside café vibe. Floor to ceiling windows upstairs and down give excellent views of the to-ings and fro-ings on Henderson Street making upstairs a fine vantage point from which to observe the urgency or otherwise with which your coffee or lunch companion is making his/her way to meet you. Sit downstairs and every passer-by will jealously ogle your ice cream.

We arrived, 13 of us on a Saturday afternoon. The cafe was busy but they managed to fit us in with the minimum of fuss. The service was quick and efficient. A great family business and highly recommended. Next time we will sample the famous fish and chips.

A brilliant fish and chip shop with a great atmosphere! Just wish my waist line could sustain more frequent visits!
