Demijohn
For those not in the know, a demijohn is a large bulbous glass bottle used to store liquids and it's the method of choice for Edinburgh's liquid deli of the same name. The bottles line the shelves, waiting to decant fluids from extra virgin olive oil to single malt whisky (not to be mixed up). The advantage to such an approach is that customers can choose their own shapely bottle, which can be re-filled, saving unnecessary waste and also a little money.
