Glenshee Skiing and Summer Activities

About an hour’s drive north of the city, Glenshee is primarily known as a ski resort, if they get the winter weather, and it’s home to the UK’s largest ski centre, which runs twenty-one lifts and tows over four mountains and three valleys. With 36 runs to choose from there’s plenty of variety, and some good snowboarding terrains as well, and of course they have all the usual expert tuition and equipment hire on offer. During the summer the area is perfect for everything from hill walking and mountaineering to kayaking and mountain biking, with a number of local companies providing info and services to cover it all.
