La Tortilla Asesina
Send us more details about this place.
La Tortilla Asesina is the authentic brainchild of Duncan Chisolm, and locals in the know like to think of it as the best tapas bar outside Spain. After touring Spain on his motorbike, involving numerous stops at tapas bars along the way, Chisolm decided to take the concept back home. Not only has he successfully recreated the look, including imported tiles adorning the restaurant's bottom half and chilled counters at the bar, the food is right on the money – and all at good value for money too. It's busy in the evening, but tables are worth waiting for.

La Tortilla AsesinaReport -
The Manager of this restaurant was rude and obnoxious. I Would not recommend this restaurant which is a shame as the food was nice.
Upon arriving in Inverness late on a Friday evening we booked a table for 9.30pm as their website states "Open til 1pm weekends". At 10.45pm we were asked to drink up, even although they had just served us another bottle of wine five minutes earlier. When we asked the Manager about this he told us that they were closing at 11pm and when asked about the "late opening" he turned very aggresive and rude towards us. Will definitely not be returning.
