Cawdor Tavern
Cawdor
Send us more details about this place.
Cawdor village is home to the charming, Tudor-style Cawdor Tavern. A handy spot if you've worked up a thirst tramping over Culloden Moor, the snug bar features a pool table, local ales and wines by the glass. The large restaurant and lounge-bar is decorated with mahogany panelling and with real log fires crackling away, it's a cosy place. Owners Norman and Christine Sinclair serve dishes such as chicken haggis-stuffed supreme with Drambuie cream sauce finished off with seriously good sticky toffee pudding.

Delightful country pub with excellent food and well kept ales. A real find only 15 minutes Inverness but a real country ambience, quaint and cosy.
