The Lairhillock Inn
Tucked away just off the Aberdeen to Banchory road, the Lairhillock is well worth seeking out. A 200 hundred year-old coaching inn with a log fire and candle-lit conservatory, the bar stocks a great selection of real ales and whiskies. As well as the location, the main draw is the food. Locally sourced beef, scallops, wild boar and venison are prime ingredients in multi award-winning dishes. Sipping a malt after dinner while you breathe in warm wood-smokey air is five star relaxation therapy available at the Lairhillock for the price of a dram.
