Once a month a trio of middle aged women throw caution tthe wind and seek liquid and fine food refreshments - the criteria for September was cheap. We discovered Zorba's - through the lIst Guide. On a wet Saturday this little plastic taste of Greece was welcome. The service was friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. We downed a bottle of reasonably priced red and two glasses of white for my friend who doesn't worry about dissolving cholestrol. The food was simply served with little ganish though extremely tasty. As mini-piglets we forced outselves to have a flaky pudding with cream followed by coffee and brandy. This still left us with change out of £60 - yes that was for three. A real bargain!
