Conquest Hospital

My 92 year old father in law was admitted to ressus. last Sunday and Nikki a specialist nurse was excellent. She not only looked after my father in law but when my husband and myself arrived into the hospital from London at 9.00pm she insisted she makes us a cup of tea. She treated us all with high respect. You should feel extremely proud of your staff, certainly Nikki. He was then moved to MAU, again the staff were fantastic and now he is on Murray Ward and again we are treated with respect and the nurses and doctors find time to talk to us. Well done to all the staff involved with his care and the patient's carers.
