Staff for the most part helpful but not proactive. Lack of signage and dull display will deter anyone who has doubts about their literacy skills. Information difficult to access, unless prepared to go around all the non fiction shelves. Yards of shelving but no indication of the subject of the books on display.
Very disappointing.
