Portobello Beach

The heyday of Portobello beach was in the late-19th century, but its popularity still abides during the summer months as Edinburgh’s most easily-accessible beach. The promenade, which stretches east to Joppa and leads on to Musselburgh, is home to several cafes and beer gardens overlooking the sea.
