Mmmmm. Gorgeous, hand-tempered chocolates made by qualified chocolatier Rebecca Knights-Kerswell in her specialist chocolate kitchen just down the road. Unusual ingredients include sea salt, chilli and lavender ?the dark chocolate hearts filled with organic rose oil crème, which have induced near Zen-like trances in some test subjects, are particularly recommended. They also run classes in chocolate-making for those who just can't get enough.
