Bellahouston Park

Both culture and exercise are possible at Bellahouston Park, southwest of the city centre. As well as the House for an Art Lover, the odd concert has been held here including Coldplay in 2005, and there is a leisure centre plus infinite walking, cycling and even orienteering routes. Green fingered visitors will no doubt make a beeline for the walled garden with its
collection of ferns and daffodils collected by the 19th century plant collector Peter Bar, while the park's views over much of the city - as far as Ben Lomond on a clear day - have a broader appeal.
