The house was rebuilt in 1906 by Sir Robert Lorimer and showcases a notable collection of superb French, Chippendale and vernacular furniture along with paintings by Raeburn, Ramsay and eminent Dutch artists. There is a restored Edwardian laundry set in the midst of a delightful garden.
