Covering an area of 400 hectares in the grounds of the old Eglinton Castle estate, Eglinton Park in North Ayrshire has a visitor centre, children's play area and self-catering accommodation at the Racquet Hall Cottage. The park is popular with cyclists, with good links to Irvine, Ardrossan and Glasgow.
