This review is taken from the 2010 edition.
Already an established favourite among lovers of traditional Indian food, Café Salma’s Moroccan proprietor began serving his native cuisine in the downstairs section in 2009, sealing his reputation for providing authentic fare and a nice warm welcome. Fez-wearing waiting staff serve a small but exotic and appealing menu featuring tagine, couscous and fish and meat skewer dishes. The tagine fassi combines meat with prunes, apricots and sesame seeds. The couscous tfaya sees chicken teamed with raisins and caramelised onions.
