The Caddy Mann Restaurant is well known in the Scottish Borders for their lunches, the menu for which changes on a daily basis. Borders beef and slow-baked lamb is a highlight at lunch or dinner. Starters range from soups and souffles to tarts and terrines. Alongside Scotch sirloin or fillet steak from cattle bought at St Boswells market, you'll find game in season – whether venison, rabbit or pigeon – and there's usually a fish of the day. They bake their own bread and make ice-cream on the premises, too.
