A contemporary boutique hotel in the heart of Gretna Green is revolutionary enough. But this one offers a good standard of smart comfort food at very reasonable prices, with interesting fish and game dishes, as well as lovely fresh vegetarian options. Menus change every three months to showcase seasonal ingredients.
