Part canteen, part fine-dining restaurant, chef-owner John Shields’ operation is housed in the impressive extension to an A-listed Art Deco former rubber factory, with Saturday-evening dining and brunches most catching the imagination.

Absolutely superb, both for lunch and dinner. Am a regular for eggs benedict on Saturday's! Staff are extremely pleasant and entertainment is offered watching the chefs cook in the open kitchen. Nice bustling atmosphere with selection of papers and magazines for those wishing a long lunch! A real hidden gem..
