Nestled within the unspoiled countryside of the Trossachs, Inchrie Castle is located within a former keep perched above the Stirlingshire village of Aberfoyle. This historic oak-beamed building is where the 'Second Covenant' which gave Scotland its own Parliament was signed, hence the alternative name of The Covenanters' Inn. Traditional Scottish cooking fills the hearty restaurant menu, with an informal and friendly local bar offering plentiful after-dinner whiskies.
