While the literal name of this chain operation doesn't sound as exciting as its predecessors here – the erstwhile Zinc and étain, which have been essentially merged into one – there is still a sense of self-assurance to the Restaurant Bar & Grill. The interior is classy, per Princes Square requirements. An airy dining room to the rear features mirrored pillars, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the alleys backing Queen Street, and a galley kitchen that spans the length of one wall. Brunch (10am–5pm) entails egg dishes, a couple of sandwiches and lots of smoothies. On the main menu (from noon onwards), there are a few interesting choices from a selection of gastro-pub classics, such as pan-fried veal escalope with garlic mushrooms, plus grill and rotisserie options, including a 'spit-roasted Goosnargh farm corn-fed half chicken'.
