Already established as one of the city's premier style bars (its cocktails are much talked-about, and its interior design has won it a 'Most Stylish Bar in Scotland' award), Dragonfly is now offering food for the first time, with a selection of tapas being provided by the caterers based in the progressive nearby sandwich bar Fed & Watered. Using the name Wild Ginger for this operation, they offer 14 dishes, including tortillas, dolma, grilled prawns, Swedish meatballs and mango and lychee salsa. The emphasis is on quality, affordable food, and the intention is to ensure the presentation remains in line with Dragonfly's usually high standards.
