There are big plans for Delizique in 2007, including expansion into a neighbouring site around the corner, an in-store bakery, and a corner café with mezzanine level due to open in the summer. Pop into the deli, however, and you'll still be offered the same choice of organic fruit and vegetables, as well as locally-sourced fresh meat and fish. For those who don't fancy cooking, takeaway dishes are prepared daily; freshly baked quiche is enjoyably light on cream and egg, while a simple pasta salad of pesto, pecorino, peas and rocket is given a zesty lemon dressing. Outside catering and in-house cookery classes are also offered by this West End favourite.
