The incongruously named Bon Appetit (sounds like a wee French café) has a loyal band of regulars who fill the place during the post-pub rush-hour. The extensive menu – over 20 curry choices and the same for pizza, as well as baked potatoes, baguettes, kebabs, burgers and chicken – offers no real surprises but what stands out is the open-plan kitchen, so that if the dishes are not cooked 'fresh' as promised, you can make queries yourself. The curries, which include their own special cooked with chicken tikka, lamb and prawn, are most popular but the pakora is, by common consent, quite average and the veggie version's bright yellow colour is not the most appetising. Pizzas are advertised as being 'fresh-base, made on site from the finest Italian ingredients' but this claim would probably provoke at least raised eyebrows have the average visitor from Naples. The choice is huge though and the toppings relatively generous, with plenty of cheese (more cheddar than mozzarella). In short, Bon Appetit offers a decent service to the hungry evening hordes in this part of the West End.

great place, delicious food!! the person who has wrote reviews this year has to be fired!! great food, i can remember this place being in list hitlist a few times !!! would recommend to everybody!!!
