The open plan kitchen at the front of this Indian takeaway is good for two reasons. Firstly, if they are confident enough to be preparing your food in front of you then the basic ingredients are likely to be of decent quality. Secondly, watching the spectacle proves more diverting than thumbing through old magazines while waiting for your dinner. If you cannot make it in yourself then delivery is available within three and a half miles and is free for orders over £10. Spicing is quite gentle, with an emphasis on more delicate flavours such as cardamom. If you want to go for more of a chilli kick then let them know and they will be happy to heat things up a little.
