Carrying more of a café vibe than that of a restaurant, Little Italy is a pleasant place to sit and watch the world go by. The pizzas are the highpoint of the dining experience, not just for their taste and freshness, but also for the novelty of the buzzer you’re given signalling that your order is ready to be collected. The bruschetta is also freshly prepared and delicious. The bread is toasted, yet soft to the bite without being soggy. Slightly more of a let-down is the pasta. Already prepared and sitting in plastic tubs before being reheated, the chicken pesto pasta is fairly sparse on chicken. The premises aren’t licensed, but washing the food down with a San Pellegrino instead still feels suitably Italian.
- High point: Great fresh pizza
- Low point: Reheated pasta

Best pizzas in Glasgow. Something of a west end institution. Would recommend going for the 16 inch pizza to experience Little Italy's pizzas at their best.
