During our reviewing period for this edition of the Eating & Drinking Guide in early 2008, Mr Singh's was undergoing a bit of cosmetic surgery. We expect that after the building renovations are completed, however, this stylish restaurant will remain one of the more individual outlets in the Harlequin Leisure Group's chain, traditionally staffed by kilt-wearing waiters, and featuring a wine list that matches bottles to dishes.
